The product is refined rapeseed oil. The oil is clear, pale yellow in color, with the taste and aroma almost neutral. The oil has a higher thermal stability than sunflower oil and belongs to the best sources of essential (indispensable) fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3).
The oil can be used as a raw material for food production, for direct use as food, for hot meals treatment – cooking, frying, baking, grilling. It is possible to use it for cold kitchens, too. There are no known restrictions on any consumer group.
